Day 1 – Home to Chicago, IL

Over the river and down through the freeway we go on our way to Chicago for a special Christmas experience! If you haven’t gotten into the Christmas Spirit yet, our journey together singing carols and sharing together will get you headed in the right direction! A stop for dinner along the way at a famous Chicago Style Pizza Restaurant will prepare us for a two night stay at a special hotel in downtown Chicago within walking distance of the Magnificent Mile (Michigan Ave). The Christmas lights will be shinning in their wintery splendor welcoming us to the Windy City for a great time! Tonight you may want to venture out and enjoy some time on the Magnificent Mile, or you may just want to enjoy the amenities of your hotel preparing for tomorrow’s adventures.

Day 2 – Chicago

Enjoy a hearty breakfast this morning before we travel along Lake Michigan to the Museum of Science and Industry. Here you will enjoy many displays, but the best this Christmas Season are the Christmas trees decorated in traditions from around the world! Next we will travel back downtown to Macy’s and the world famous Walnut Room for our special Christmas Luncheon. While here take a look at all the special Christmas decorations and maybe take a little time to pick up that special Christmas present! On we go to Navy Pier to experience “Winterfest.” Again here you will find many Christmas decorations and music to enjoy. We’ll head back to our hotel to give you some free time to enjoy on the Magnificent Mile. Maybe you have some shopping to do or you just want to enjoy walking and experiencing Chicago at Christmas. Dinner will be on your own at a restaurant downtown near our hotel. Then we will board our motor coach and travel to the Goodman Theatre for the Christmas production, “A Christmas Carol.” This Christmas Classic always touches one’s heart as Scrooge softens with the message of the season.

Day 3 – Chicago to Ft. Atkinson

Following Breakfast this morning we will check out of our hotel and travel to Millennium Park for a short walking tour. We’ll get a look at the Cloud Gate sculpture, or as it is more affectionately known, “The Bean.” Just across the street is the Chicago Cultural Center. Here you will see one of the most stunning landmark buildings in Chicago. Completed in 1897 as a public library, it was designed to impress and to prove that Chicago had grown into a sophisticated metropolis. Look around and enjoy..and don’t forget to look up at the world’s largest stained glass Tiffany dome! Next we’ll enjoy some time at the Christkindlmarket. Inspired by the Christkindlemarkt in Nuremberg, Germany, you’ll enjoy a cherished German and European tradition with international flair. While visiting this open air market there will be many gifts and specialty items to browse and purchase as well as many different food and beverage options to enjoy. After lunch we will board our motor coach and travel to Ft Atkinson, WI where we will check into our hotel and ready ourselves for dinner and theatre at “The Fireside Dinner Theatre.” Here a delicious buffet will fill our hunger needs and a special Christmas Production will bless our souls.

Day 4 – Ft. Atkinson to Home

After a night of pleasant Christmas Dreams you will enjoy breakfast with your fellow travelers, and we will board our luxury motor coach for the drive to the Wisconsin Dells area and our final Christmas production, “Miracle on 34th Street.” You will enjoy the special Christmas luncheon before your heart is touched by this heart-warming story. The show will leave you filled with a joy that will carry you through the Christmas Season. Aboard our motorcoach on the way home you will

continue to be blessed by the presence of your traveling companions as back over the river you go and soon will be home from a very special “Christmas Theatre Dazzle” experience.
