Day 1 – Home to Seattle
We’ll have a morning flight to Seattle and begin our journey to the great Pacific Northwest and San Juan Islands.  You’ll be guests at an evening welcome dinner on the waterfront.

Day 2 – Seattle
Explore Seattle’s sights with the help of a local guide.  A leisurely visit to Pike’s Place Market to learn about its colorful history creates a relaxing day.  A special lunch is arranged at the World’s Fair, with a ride to the top of the Space Needle while sweeping vistas of Seattle, Puget Sound, and its many lovely islands will captivate us.  Leisure time will allow the opportunity for your choice of activities- and there are plenty for you to choose from!

Day 3 – Seattle to Orcas Island    
We’ll tour Boeing in the morning and later drive along the coast to La Conner, a charming waterfront village reminiscent of a 17th-century fishing village; a perfect stop for lunch.  Then we’ll board float planes and experience a scenic flight to Orcas Island—a beautiful, rugged island nestled in the San Juan Islands.  The scenery is breathtaking as we gaze down at the lovely islands surrounded by the blue waters of Puget Sound.  Our private float plane delivers us late afternoon to the dock of our lovely oceanfront hotel, the historic and beautiful Rosario Resort.  Enjoy a concert and historical slide presentation before our delightful dinner, with views of the inspiring Puget Sound.

Day 4 – Orcas Island to Victoria
Awake in this beautiful setting and perhaps take a stroll on the beach in search of starfish.  We’ll embark on a full-day cruise in the San Juan Islands, searching for whales learning why these pods are some of the most researched whales in North America.  Breakfast will be served on board before we stop in Roche Harbor for some sightseeing.  Our cruise will continue with an old-fashioned cracked crab feast lunch while enjoying the scenery of Mosquito Pass and Wasscott Bay.  We’ll stop in at Friday Harbor with time for sightseeing before continuing to Victoria on Vancouver Island for three nights.  Victoria boasts an atmosphere of elegance and a bit of old England set on the Pacific Coast.  Our hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Victoria allowing easy access to cafes, shops, and attractions.  We’ll spend three relaxing nights in the regal atmosphere this unique city offers.

Day 5 – Victoria 
Enjoy a tour of the beautiful city, Victoria with the help of a local guide, before we’ll savor lunch at the Empress Hotel. This afternoon and evening will be at your leisure.  The convenient location of the hotel creates a wonderful base to explore the inviting sidewalks accented with street lamps and hanging baskets.  Shops carry specialties unique to the area, and cafes feature local cuisine.  You are free to choose from an array of restaurants for dinner.

Day 6 – Victoria 
Tour the Parliament Building, and the busy waterfront. In the afternoon, we’ll visit the famous Butchart Gardens, earning a reputation of one of the world’s most beautiful gardens, featuring the Rose, Japanese and Italian Gardens.  Then another evening to enjoy this beautiful city and its amazing harbor views!

Day 7 – Victoria to Vancouver
One of the most beautiful waterfront cities in North America is only a ferry boat ride away!  As your ship approaches the harbor of Vancouver, the waterfront city is framed by the magnificent Coast Mountains.  The evening will be at your leisure to enjoy one of the restaurants surrounding the hotel.

Day 8 – Vancouver
Sightsee Vancouver highlighting the city’s landmark attractions including Queen Elizabeth Park, Chinatown, historic Gastown, and Stanley Park.  Lunch will be served at a local favorite restaurant before we cross the Lion’s Gate Bridge to North Vancouver, and travel on the “Sea to Sky Highway” along the shores of Howe Sound.  It is here that some of Canada’s most beautiful scenery hides.  Visit Whistler, a charming alpine village nestled in the mountains.  We’ll return to Vancouver with a free evening and dinner on your own.   Some may want to visit Granville Island with its outdoor markets, street musicians, and waterfront cafes.

Day 9 – Vancouver to Home
We’ll motor along the beautiful Pacific Coast before boarding our flight home.
