Day 1 – Home to Delevan, WI 

We depart this morning for a few fun-filled days in Wisconsin. Get to know your fellow traveling companions as we roll along the beautiful hills of Wisconsin. A delicious lunch (with pie!) is planned at the Norske Nook. We are in for a real treat this evening at the Rosewood, where we’ll be served a delicious dinner and enjoy their “Legends & Love Songs’ concert. Featuring classic love song hits by Elvis, Diana Ross, Tom Jones, Barbara Streisand, Barry Manilow, Aretha Franklin, Roy Orbison, Patsy Cline, Frank Sinatra, Celine Dion, and more! The perfect ending to our first day!

Day 2 – Delevan to Moline, IL 

Our day begins with breakfast at the hotel before we tour the Bliss Communications Printing Facility that produces 75,000 newspaper copies per hour! We will then travel to Illinois to the Rockford Auto Museum, featuring 60’s, 70’s, & 80’s “Muscle Cars” along with some unique drag racing machines. Afterwards a wonderful lunch is served at The Machine Shed. As we make our way to Moline, we will stop at historic Lagomarcino’s for an included ice cream treat! What began as a confectionary company in 1908, Lagomarcino’s started making their own ice cream in the 1930s, and today the 4th generation of the Lagomarcino family is continuing the legacy! Next we will check into the northwoods themed Stoney Creek Hotel before heading to the Circa 21 Dinner Playhouse for another great meal and the new musical, “Grumpy Old Men.” Based on the 1993 movie starring Jack Lemon, Walter Matheau and Ann-Margret, Grumpy Old Men is the story of two aging neighbors, Max and John, who have been feuding for more than fifty years. When the beautiful and charming Ariel moves in across the street, the rivalry is raised to new heights! Can her love and compassion reunite their friendship? This laugh-out-loud story of family, friendship, love and romance is the perfect ending to our day!

Day 3 – Moline to Home 

Breakfast is included at the hotel before we depart for home with new friendships and fond memories of our Upbeat & Grumpy Theatre Getaway!
