1. Home to Kansas City
Are you ready for a great Kansas City getaway! We’re headed to Kansas City and you’ve never seen this great city like this before! Arrive at your lovely hotel situated on the corner of the Plaza in downtown Kansas City. A perfect location to spend your precious time! This evening join us for dinner and a performance at the New Theater Restaurant featuring “Barefoot in the Park.” The star of the show will be Marion Ross that famous mom from the hit series “Happy Days.” Enjoy your evening ladies!

Day 2 Kansas CIty
Enjoy breakfast at your leisure. Join us for a city tour this morning to see the beautiful fountains and statues set on lovely grounds of parks of Kansas City. Later tour the impressive Crown Center for a tour of the Visitor Center. Take some leisure time with a chance to shop the plaza or take in a special spa treatment at the famous Tricoci Spa in the plaza. (Advance reservation required.) This evening horse and buggy ride takes us to our dinner in the plaza. A perfect way to end the day.

Day 3 Kansas City to Home
After breakfast we depart for Des Moines. A very special lunch is served at Tea Cups and Tiarra’s in historic Valley Junction with lots of specialty shops art galleries and more. Our luncheon is served with provided hats! So be sure to bring your cameras. Take a little time to shop the surrounding antique and specialty shops before we continue our journey home.
