“Elvis Lives” 

Fireside Dinner Theatre – Ft. Atkinson, WI 

250,000 ELVIS LIVES fans can’t be wrong. The King of Rock ‘n’ Roll lives on in an unforgettable live musical journey across Elvis’ life. His iconic style, embraced by many of today’s artists, continues to intrigue audiences of all generations. Featuring champions and finalists from Elvis Presley Enterprises’ Worldwide Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest, a live band, and exciting and talented singers and dancers; audiences “Can’t Help Falling in Love” with this phenomenal theatrical concert experience. 

“Red Green Show” 

Blue Gate Event Center – Shipshewana, IN 

Red Green: Born December 24, 1945 to mixed parents. Canadian. Male (except for the two weeks after the bicycle crossbar incident) Married to Bernice for 42 years. Right after he met his nephew Harold he made the decision not to have children. Has been leader of Possum Lodge since the late 70’s. Does not receive a salary but has access to petty cash. Does not have significant formal education but has access to petty opinions. Retired in 2006 when he ran out of ideas. Rejoined the workforce in 2009 when he ran out of money. Self-appointed master handyman and outdoorsman and a weekly participant in Canada’s socialized medical system. The ambassador for Scotch Brand Duct Tape and a firm believer that no repair job should outlive you. Hates information but loves his own point of view. Likes taking things that were intended for one purpose and using them for something completely different. Oblivious to failure. (That could all change once he experiences success). Either the youngest old man or oldest young man you will ever meet.

“Charlie Pride Show” 

Blue Gate Event Center – Shipshewana, IN 

Charley Pride is timeless, revered by his musical peers and adored by countless millions of fans around the globe. His golden baritone voice has transcended race and spanned the generations. Over the past thirty years, Pride has remained one of the Top 20 best-selling country artists of all-time. His incredible legacy includes 36 #1 hit singles, over 70 million albums sold, 31 gold and 4 platinum albums – including one quadruple platinum. On RCA Records, Charley Pride is second in sales only to Elvis Presley. Dozens of Pride’s chart toppers now stand as modern classics. “Kiss An Angel Good Morning” went on to be a million-selling crossover single and helped Pride land Country Music Association Awards as Entertainer of the Year in 1971 and Top Male Vocalist in 1971 and 1972. Charley has been a regular on the Grand Ole Opry for 26 years, has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2000. 

“CASH – The Ring of Fire” 

Circa 21 Dinner Playhouse – Rock Island, IL 

A set of gifted singers and instrumentalist sing through some of the greatest songs of one of America’s most brilliant singer/songwriters, Johnny Cash. Though he is never impersonated, his remarkable life story is told through his music, climaxing in a concert that will both move and exhilarate! RING OF FIRE tells the story of Cash’s life, including his redemption, through such songs as “Waiting on the Far Side Banks of Jordan,” “Oh Come Angel Band,” and “If I Were a Carpenter.” Also enjoy songs, “I’ve Been Everywhere,” “Ring of Fire,” “I Walk The Line,” “Daddy Sang Bass,” “Jackson,” and many more! 

 

Day 1 – Home to Janesville, WI

Travel to Ft. Atkinson, Wisconsin. Early lunch is included at the Norske Nook in Osseo complete with a piece of your favorite pie! This evening we indulge in the famous buffet at the Fireside Dinner Theatre before their outstanding production of “Elvis Lives.”

Day 2 – Janesville to Shipshewana, IN

Travel to Shipshewana, Indiana and the heart of beautiful Amish Country. Our accommodations the next two nights is the friendly and comfortable Blue Gate Garden Inn. This evening enjoy great Amish dining before our much anticipated Red Green Show. (Eat well because you’ll laugh it all off!)

Day 3 – Shipshewana

Breakfast at our hotel is amazing. Today we have the opportunity to explore Amish Country with an expert guided tour of the area. The afternoon is open for buggy rides and unique shopping. Amish dining again precedes the legendary Charley Pride concert.

Day 4 – Shipshewana to Moline, IL

Another great breakfast at our hotel before we depart for Rock Island-Moline, IL. If you’ve never been to the Circa 21 Dinner Playhouse before, you are in for a very pleasant experience. Their production of CASH-Ring of Fire is outstanding and our front row dining is right in the theatre so we don’t have to leave our seats to take in the show! Enjoy!
