Day 1 – Home to Delavan, WI
A Christmas Homecoming is under way as we make our first stop in Wisconsin Dells at the Legacy Theatre. A four-course dinner feast will transport us straight to a winter wonderland of culinary delights! Then we’ll find our seats for “Christmas in the Dells,” a brand new multi-million dollar Christmas production! Featuring sugar plum fairies, soaring angels, figure skaters, dancing elves, enchanted reindeer, Jolly ol’ Saint Nick, and the celebration of the birth of Christ with the area’s largest living nativity! After this fantastic show, we’ll make our way to Delavan for the night.

Day 2 – Delavan to Middlebury, IN
After breakfast at the hotel, we’ll travel to Indiana’s Amish country and settle into the Essenhaus Inn for a three night stay. We’ll make the short drive to Shipshewana for a delicious buffet dinner at the Blue Gate Restaurant. Afterwards, we are treated to musical excellence as we’re entertained by the phenomenal Collingsworth Family! “A True Family Christmas” will be filled with remarkable piano & trumpet playing, singing, and more, and we’ll quickly get into the spirit of Christmas!

Day 3 – Middlebury/Shipshewana
Breakfast is included before we head out on a guided, full day Amish tour. We’ll experience homemade butter like we’ve never tasted before, delicious one-of-a-kind popcorn, beautiful hand-woven baskets, charcuterie boards made from exotic wood, top-of-the-line baking supplies, and pristine leather goods. What fine craftsmanship! A family-style dinner is served before we experience a fun and quirky take on the holidays through the unique American swing and jazz music of “Big Bad Voodoo Daddy’s: A Wild & Swingin’ Holiday Party!” The band’s fun arrangements will have us tapping our shoes as they rip through Chuck Berry’s “Run, Run Rudolph,” and Lou Rawls’ “Merry Christmas Baby.” Then they’ll slow things down for Elvis Presley’s “Blue Christmas” and a moving arrangement of “We Three Kings.”

Day 4 – Middlebury/Shipshewana
We start our day with breakfast and a leisurely morning before we head to Joyfully Said, located in an old grain mill. Here we will find inspired decor & shopping at three boutique shops – plus it’s Christmas at the Mill, so be on the lookout for Santa & Mrs. Claus! After lunch at the Essenhaus Inn, we are guests for a theatrical celebration of truth, adventure, sacrifice, faith and, above all, love. Janette Oke’s “When Calls the Heart: The Musical” is brimming with excitement, comedy, adventure and of course, romance! Elizabeth Thatcher is from a very wealthy family in Toronto, Canada, at the beginning of a promising teaching career, but deep down inside, she is feeling a bit, “restless.” When her older brother writes to ask if she might consider taking a teaching job in the great Canadian west, she decides that this is the opportunity she has been waiting for! Saying goodbye to family and everything she has ever known, she sets off on the adventure of a lifetime! Mishaps, challenges, and new experiences ensue as the captivating story and enchanting music take you on a journey you will never forget! There will be a little shopping time in Shipshewana before a tasty buffet dinner, followed by the Gaither’s Homecoming Christmas! Through their joyful harmonies, we’ll be reminded of the eternal song of hope as all heaven and nature sing and celebrate the birth of the Savior, as well as the unconditional love of the Father who continually brings light to a dark world. They’ll perform timeless gospel classics, inspiring new favorites, and classic Christmas standards guaranteed to bring holiday cheer!

Day 5 – Middlebury to Lake Geneva, WI
We depart after breakfast and make our way to Lake Geneva. We will visit Pesche’s Greenhouse, home to 20+ greenhouse on 10 acres. Do you think we can talk our coach driver into getting a lovely tree to grace the coach?! We’ll enjoy time browsing the greenhouses filled with such beauty as well as the Gift Gallery, featuring unique gifts made in the USA. A great place to buy special Christmas presents! Our day is about to become magical as we walk through the Christmas Tree Festival before boarding our vintage cruise boat, which is all decked out in Christmas lights and decorations! While we cruise beautiful Lake Geneva, we’ll be enchanted by the lake’s Christmas light displays. Be sure to keep an eye out for Santa to emerge from his lakeside hideaway! Afterwards, a tasty dinner is served at Pier 290. Our accommodations for the night boast lakeview rooms, so we are in for a great view this evening!

Day 6 – Lake Geneva to Home
After one last breakfast, we will depart for home with special Homecoming Christmas memories!
