Day 1 – Home to Lake Geneva, WI
Off we go through the countryside of Wisconsin, hopefully catching stunning fall color out our windows as we motor along! After coffee breaks and lunch on our own along the way, we will arrive in quaint Lake Geneva. We will be guests for three nights at the Harbor Shores on Lake Geneva. Our hotel is located just steps away from beautiful Geneva Lake and we’ll thoroughly enjoy our lakeview rooms! After settling into our rooms, we’ll head to the Rosewood for a farm to table dinner experience and “Cruisin’” Show that takes us on a trip down memory lane to our favorite 50’s & 60’s songs. We’ll cruise to the rhythms of The Everly Brothers, Buddy Holly, Bill Haley and the Comets, Chuck Barry, early Elvis, Five Satins, Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, Diana Ross and the Supremes, Grease and more.

Day 2 – Lake Geneva
Enjoy breakfast before we travel to the Royal Oak Farm, home to 20,000 apple trees of 30 different varieties. Here we will experience an educational wagon ride through their orchard and a chance to each pick a 1/4 peck of apples. Next we board the Grand Belle for a scenic luncheon cruise on beautiful Lake Geneva! Enjoy a narrated tour of the entire lake as well as a delicious sit-down lunch that is sure to satisfy. Afterwards, a few hours are free this afternoon to explore the shops of downtown Lake Geneva, walk along the shoreline path past impressive homes both old and new, settle onto a bench and take in the lake view, or relax at the hotel. Dinner tonight is a pizza buffet at Gino’s before we head to The Tristan Crist Magic Theatre to experience this grand illusionist perform magic up-close and personal! How can a real helicopter appear only a few feet away?!

Day 3 – Lake Geneva
Breakfast is served before we will visit the incredible Yerkes Observatory, home to the world’s largest refracting telescope. The barrel of the telescope is 64 feet long & weighs six tons! There is much to see & experience here. After the visit to the observatory, we will enjoy lunch at Popeye’s, a local, popular restaurant located in downtown Lake Geneva. Then we will visit the Lake Geneva Museum, which captures the history of the Geneva Lakes Area over many decades to the present. The artifact collections of furniture, clothing, boats, instruments, and more are items from the area, most of which have been donated by residents whose families have made the whole area what it is today. The next stop this afternoon will be at Lake Geneva Country Meats. Here we will sample “everything Wisconsin!” Sausages, cheeses and wine, with an opportunity to purchase your favorites. We will return to the hotel to freshen up before departing to Pier 290 for a farewell dinner.

Day 4 – Lake Geneva to Home
After one last breakfast in our lovely surroundings, we bid beautiful Lake Geneva farewell and begin our journey home. Arrive home having made new travel friends and fondly remembering our fall adventures in Lake Geneva!
