Day 1 – Home to Overland Park, KS
Depart this morning with lunch and coffee breaks along the way. Arrive in Overland Park, KS for the night with dinner at your leisure or enjoy the Drury’s Kickback Reception at the hotel, which is a complete light meal.

Day 2 – Overland Park to Branson, MO
Arriving in Branson we check into our home for the next 3 nights. We will kick off our wonderful musical shows with a cruise on the Showboat Branson Belle where we are privileged to enjoy R&J Exclusive prime Captain’s Row Seating as well as the Captain’s Club Dinner! Our Captain’s seats are perfect for capturing the fabulous show. Tonight we are off to a fantastic show by Jimmy Fortune of the Statler Brothers! Few entertainers and musicians can boast the accolades, success, and popularity as Jimmy Fortune – both on his own and as part of the legendary Statler Brothers.

Day 3 – Branson
Enjoy breakfast before the Hughes Brothers Family transports us to a Christmas Wonderland filled with the season’s best vocal harmonies, exciting dances, inspiring instrumentals, and light-hearted humor that everyone loves about the Hughes Brothers Show. Along with all the festive surprises and treasured family traditions, we’ll see Santa in a new light when he explains the symbols of Christmas in a moving Christmas presentation. Then after lunch at the Uptown Cafe, we’ll be “Deep in the Heart of Christmas with The Texas Tenors” – a sensational show designed to bring out that feeling of a traditional family Christmas! Everyone loves their incredible harmonies throughout the year, but the sounds are extra fabulous at Christmastime! Then it’s dinner at the Pickin’ Porch Grill before we enjoy the Presley’s Country Jubilee Evening Show, the first show to open on 76 Country Boulevard! After 40 years, the tradition continues with all our country Christmas favorites, southern gospel and comedy.

Day 4 – Branson
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Our morning show puts the lighthearted and lovable Sanders family back in their favorite place – small town North Carolina’s Mount Pleasant Baptist Church – bidding a sad, but proud, farewell to their only son. Dennis has become a Marine and will be shipping out to serve his country in WWII. To wish him well and lift the spirits of the faithful congregation (that would be us) the Sanders Family is spearheading the annual Christmas celebration for their beloved church. With the help of their capable Reverend Oglethorpe, they’ll put on a righteous and rousing good ole time of a show, complete with inspirational hymns and uplifting Christmas carols. After lunch at McFarlain’s, we’re headed to the #1 Hits of the 60’s Show, featuring great hits by the Beatles, Beach Boys, Stevie Wonder, Sonny & Cher, Elvis Presley, The Temptations, The Supremes, and many more! After a buffet dinner, we’re guests at the beautiful Sight & Sound Theatre for the spectacular production of “The Miracle of Christmas.” We’ll travel back in time to Bethlehem as the original Christmas story unfolds all around us. Journey alongside Mary and Joseph, a flock of surprised shepherds, and three wisemen—along with their camels! There may be no room at the inn, but God has a lowly stable prepared as the angels announce the coming of the Messiah!

Day 5 – Branson to Overland Park, KS
Breakfast is served before we say goodbye to Branson & head north to the Steamboat Arabia Museum. When the mighty Steamboat Arabia sank near Kansas City on September 5, 1856, she carried 200 tons of mystery cargo. Lost for 132 years, its recovery in 1988 was extraordinary! Lying 45 feet deep beneath a Kansas cornfield, the Arabia’s payload was protected from light and oxygen and, thus, was remarkably well preserved. We’ll overnight in Kansas City.

Day 6 – Overland Park to Home
Rise and Shine! Eat a hearty, warm breakfast before we board the coach for our journey home. Enjoying the comradery with our newfound friends on the last leg of our journey.
