This morning we fly to Seattle and begin our journey of the greatPacificNorthwest and San Juan Islands.

Explore Seattle’s sights with the help of a local guide. A leisurely visit to Pike’s Place Market to learn about it’s colorful history creates a relaxing day. A special lunch is arranged at the World’s Fair, with a ride to the top of the Space Needle while sweeping vistas of Seattle, Puget Sound, and its many lovely islands captivate us. Leisure time allows the opportunity for your choice of activities.

3. Seattle – Orcas Island
This morning enjoy an interesting tour of Boeing. Later drive along the coast to La Conner, a charming waterfront village reminiscent of a 17th century fishing village, a perfect stop for lunch. Board float planes this afternoon and experience a scenic flight to Orcas Island, a beautiful rugged island nestled in the San Juan Islands. The scenery is breathtaking as you gaze down at the lovely islands surrounded by the blue waters of Puget Sound. Your private float plane delivers you to the dock of your lovely oceanfront hotel, the historic and beautiful oceanfront Rosario Resort. Arrive mid afternoon and enjoy some free time before dinner. This evening join us for a chowder reception with views of the breathtaking Puget Sound, followed by a concert and historical slide presentation.

4. Orcas Island – Victoria
Awake in this beautiful setting and maybe take a stroll on the beach in search of starfish. This morning embark on a full day cruise in the San Juan Islands. We’ll search for whales and see why these pods are some of the most researched whales in North America. Enjoy breakfast on board this morning before we stop in Roche Harbor for some sightseeing. Our cruise continues with an old fashioned Cracked Crab Feast lunch while enjoying the scenery of Mosquito Pass and Wasscott Bay. We’ll stop in at Friday Harbor with time for sightseeing before we continue to Victoria on Vancouver Island for two nights. Victoria boasts an atmosphere of elegance and a bit of old England set on the Pacific Coast. Your hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Victoria allowing easy access to cafes, shops and attractions. Spend two relaxing nights here in the regal atmosphere this unique city offers.

5. Victoria
This morning enjoy a city tour of this beautiful city with the help of a local guide. Visit the Parliament Building, and the busy waterfront. A special lunch is served at the elegant Empress Hotel. This afternoon visit famous Butchart Gardens, earning a reputation of one of the world’s most beautiful gardens featuring the Rose, Japanese and Italian Gardens. Return to the hotel for an evening at your leisure. The convenient location of the hotel creates a wonderful base to explore the inviting sidewalks accented with street lamps and hanging baskets. Shops carry specialties unique to the area, and cafes feature local cuisine. You are free to choose from an array of restaurants for dinner tonight.

6. Victoiria – Vancouver
Enjoy a morning at your leisure here in Victoria. This afternoon ferry to Vancouver, one of the most beautiful waterfront cities in North America. As your ship approaches the harbor the scenery will be great as the waterfront city is framed by the magnificent Coast Mountains. This evening is at your leisure to enjoy one of the great restaurants surrounding the hotel.

7. Vancouver
Today we will sightsee Vancouver highlighting Vancouver’s landmark attractions including Queen Elizabeth Park, Chinatown, historic Gastown and Stanley Park. Lunch today is served at a local favorite restaurant. Enjoy a free afternoon and evening in Vancouver. Some may want to take a water taxi to Granville Island with its outdoor markets, street musicians, and waterfront cafes. Your tour director will help you with your arrangements.

8. Vancouver
Today we cross the Lion’s Gate Bridge to North Vancouver, and travel on the “Sea to Sky Highway” along the shores of Howe Sound. It is here that some of Canada’s most beautiful scenery hides. Continue to Whistler, Canada’s largest ski village for some time for lunch and browsing the many charming shops. This evening we’ll enjoy a delightful farewell dinner at a favorite Vancouver restaurant.

9. Vancouver – Home
Today we motor along the beaufiul Pacific Coastline with scenic stops and lunch alon g the way. Late this afternoon we board our flight for home.
