Day 1 – Home to Cheyenne, WY
We depart today on a fun Farm Tour to Cheyenne, Wyoming! Our flight takes us right into Denver, Colorado, where we’ll visit the Wings Over the Rockies Air & Space Museum. A guided walking tour gives us a vivid and insightful background into their world-class aircraft, rocketry, and space exhibits. We’ll hear the stories of their displays and the people forever linked to them. Then we’ll dine together & get to know each other before we make our way to Cheyenne where we’ll check into the Fairfield Inn Marriott for a 3 night stay. Rest well as we have exciting days ahead!

Day 2 – Cheyenne
Breakfast is included at the hotel this morning. A trip to Cheyenne is not complete without taking a ride on the Cheyenne Street Railway Trolley featuring their “Wild West History Tour!” We’ll immerse ourselves in the rich history of Cheyenne as we learn about the city’s most interesting sites and historic buildings through lively storytelling from our trolley driver. Lunch is served at a great Cheyenne restaurant. Next we are off to the Cheyenne Frontier Days Old West Museum to explore Cheyenne’s roots as we wander through the decades, hearing the stories and great adventures of rough-and-tumble cowboys, Hollywood starlets, and Nashville superstars. Later this afternoon a memorable experience is in store at the Terry Bison Ranch. We’ll enjoy a narrated tour aboard one of their custom-built trains. As we ride along, we’ll see bison, ostriches, camels, and other fun farm production animals. Don’t forget your camera! Dinner will also be served right here at the ranch. Returning to our hotel, we’ll have a smile on our face as we look forward to another great day tomorrow in the Old West!

Day 3 – Cheyenne
After breakfast at the hotel, we’ll visit the Morning Fresh Dairy Farm, a family-owned, all-natural dairy farm that has been operating in this Bellvue, CO location since 1894! During our tour we’ll see how milk gets from mooo to stores in just 24 hours. We will get to witness the milking, bottling of the milk, and even the feeding of the calves. Lunch will be enjoyed right here at the farm, complete with a tasty dessert. This is a true hidden gem experience that we’ll thoroughly enjoy. And remember…the cows don’t expect you to dress up, so wear comfortable shoes and be ready for a great walking tour of the farm! There will be time this afternoon for western shopping or refreshing at the hotel. This is our last night in Cheyenne and we are going big! We’re guests at The Hell on Wheels Rodeo where we are treated to the VIP Experience! We will first start with a Behind the Chutes tour and a meet and greet with a rodeo contestant. Incredible! Then we will enjoy our authentic Chuckwagon dinner made the old fashioned way: slow-cooked over a fire all afternoon. Brisket and beans, garlic roasted baby potatoes, and warm cobbler will fill our bellies and our hearts with a true taste of the West. Our reserved rodeo seats will be waiting for us, so there’s no need to rush through this special dinner. Then we’ll cheer on Cheyenne’s hometown cowboys and cowgirls competing in events including Bareback Riding, Saddle Bronc, Breakaway Roping, Steer Wrestling, Barrels, Bull Riding, and more. Enjoy the West’s favorite sport under the open sky and famous Wyoming sunset!

Day 4 – Cheyenne to Home
We’ll enjoy one last breakfast before we depart for Denver to catch our flight back home. What special memories we now have of our fantastic farm visit to Cheyenne!
