Day 1 – Home to Escanaba, MI
Come discover the beauty of the Wisconsin countryside as well as Michigan during our first day of travel, with an included lunch along the way. Arriving in the charming town of Escanaba, we’ll enjoy getting to know one another during dinner at Terrace Bay, which overlooks Lake Michigan!

Day 2 – Escanaba to Mackinac Island, MI
Cross the famous Mackinac Bridge to Mackinaw City and ferry to Mackinac Island. Transportation there is limited to horse, carriage, bike, or foot! Tour the island by horse-drawn carriage. Lunch will be served at the spectacular Grand Hotel. Check into the charming Bicycle Street Inn on Mackinac Island, perfectly located amidst the main street shops and cafes, and where we’ll enjoy the 75th Grand Lilac Parade right outside our hotel. It’s the only parade in North America that is totally horse drawn! The remainder of the day is free to enjoy some of the other lilac festivities. Perhaps rent a bicycle and tour this quaint and lovely island!

Day 3 – Mackinac Island to Ludington, MI
Waking and watching the island come alive this morning as the first clippity clop of horses on the streets is truly a special experience! Staying on the island for another half day gives us the perfect opportunity for enjoying on our own. Perhaps you’ll sit by the lake and breathe in the fresh air, browse the quaint shops, hike to Arch Rock, or rent a bike or carriage. However you choose to savor this time on the island, it’s sure to be magical! Departing, take in the scenic beauty of Michigan as we make our way to Ludington for the night and another fabulous dinner with our travel friends.

Day 4 – Ludington to Home
Board the S.S. Badger for a relaxing, 4-hour cruise across beautiful Lake Michigan. Enjoy a lunch voucher, maritime historical display, feature films, Bingo, browsing the gift shop, or relaxing in one of the ship’s lounges or on the outside deck before we head for home.
