Day 1 – Home to Duluth
Travel north among the stunning fall foliage to the beautiful city of Duluth and Lake Superior. Lunch today is at the one and only Grandma’s Saloon & Grill. Feel the “presence of the past” as we enjoy an enchanting tour of Glensheen Mansion, the historic Congdon Estate. Experience panoramic views on our guided tour of the city of Duluth.  Included dinner this evening is at Midi World Brewhouse overlooking Lake Superior followed by great “Music of Your Life” entertainment presented by Change of Pace. Your home for the next two nights is the beautiful Inn on Lake Superior with it’s lakefront location in the heart of Canal Park.

Day 2 – Duluth
After breakfast at our hotel, we begin our breathtaking journey along the Lake Shore Drive to historic Split Rock Lighthouse. Following a guided tour and time to enjoy one of the most beautiful spots on the lake, we enjoy lunch at Grand Superior Lodge. We continue our scenic drive along the North Shore to Lutsen Mountains. See autumn colors in all their grandeur as we ride the gondola to the top of Moose Mountain. Snack at the Mountain Top Deli before we descend and make our way back to Gooseberry Falls. This evening enjoy time on your own in Canal Park, with it’s many unique shops and restaurants. Watch the great ships come into harbor or enjoy a stroll along the extensive shoreside boardwalk.

Day 3 – Duluth to Home
After a lakeside breakfast at the hotel, spend the morning at your leisure. Later in the morning, we’ll board the Vista Fleet for a fall color harbor cruise and lunch buffet. Cruise right alongside some of the world’s largest ocean going ships, right here in Minnesota, while we gaze at more of our north country fall splendor. No journey home from Duluth is complete without a stop at Tobies Bakery in Hinckley.
